Solved Error Loading TWEAKUI.CPL Posted on 1999-06-19 Windows OS 1 Verified Solution 9 Comments 1,314 Views Last Modified: 2013-12-28 I loaded TWEAKUI on my system just to check it out. Unfortunately, my system http://www.solvusoft.com/en/files/error-missing-download/cpl/windows/microsoft/msdn-disc-1969/tweakui-cpl/ administrator had disabled it so I couldn't check it out on this machine. I then needed to uninstall it. I could not find an uninstall program so I just did a search for TWEAKUI and deleted all folders containing this name. Now when I boot I get an error box. The blue title line reads RUNDLL and the message is "Error Loading TWEAKUI.CPL The system cannot find the https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/10173342/Error-Loading-TWEAKUI-CPL.html file specified". Now I have two questions. 1. how do I delete the reference to this file so that I do not get this error message on boot? 2. What is the proper procedure to delete Tweakui? Please do not suggest that I reinstall it and use the proper uninstall procedure as I won't learn much by doing that. Thanks, You guys are better teachers than my teachers.
