It's called PSPdisp from developer Jochen Schleu, and it basically lets you use your PSP as an extra monitor for your PC. It's kinda like the opposite of TyRaNiD's RemoteJoyLite. The PSP screen will have a total space of 960x544. Settings are adjusted from the PC. As Schleu says, "the PSP really only acts as a passive display." The author reports that the program works for both the slim and the phat running on custom firmware, and was tested on CFW 4.01M33. Here's a vid to give you an idea of what it does:
The program doesn't work on Vista though, sorry fellas. Here are the requirements of the program from the PC side, and the installation procedures:PC requirements:Reasonably modern PC (Pentium 4 / Athlon64 or above) running a 32 Bit version of Windows XP. It may work under Windows 2000, but it is untested. 64 bit versions are not supported, as well as Windows Vista. I would like to provide a Vista version but it will probably never happen due to the changes in the display driver model regarding multi-monitor support.InstallationWindows applicatby Dark_AleX, May 18, 2006. If something go wrong while using dax ziso with their files, don't disturb them. Also, from this page: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=78138 locate and download the file libusb-win32-device-bin-0.1.10.1.tar.gz Extract both of them to, for example, usbhostfs_bin and libusb-win32-device-bin. Copy the file usbhostfs.prx from http://www.qj.net/psp/homebrew-applications/pspdisp-v01-use-your-psp-as-an-extra-pc-monitor.html usbhostfs_bin/usbhostfs_psp to ms0:/DAXZISO. Open the daxziso.ini file, and locate the entry "[HOST]", and change the following: driver = null changes to driver = "ms0:/DAXZISO/usbhostfs.prx" name = null changes to name = "USBHostFSDriver" And the type = USB, leave it as it is. Save the file. With the psp connected to the usb, open daxziso. Windows will detect a new driver, ignore it by now and DO http://www.maxconsole.com/threads/classic-tutorial-playing-games-via-usb-with-dax-ziso-0-62-and-usbhostfs.71/ NOTHING. Open the file inf-wizard.exe located in libusb-win32-device-bin-0.1.10.1\bin. Choose PSP Type B, and click next, and again next. It will ask you where to save a inf file. Save it in the same directory (libusb-win32-device-bin-0.1.10.1\bin) with the name "psp.inf". Now, in the windows driver dialog that you have previously ignored, choose manual installation and locate the directory libusb-win32-device-bin-0.1.10.1\bin. Windows will install the drivers. Exit daxziso. In the folder usbhostfs_bin/usbhostfs_pc create a folder called ISO and put inside you iso or dax files (note: put it a name you can distinguish, because dax ziso will list both, files from memstick and files from computer). Note: some people have reported to me that by unknown reasons, there is more chances of the iso working if you put one of the last letters like "v", "t", etc before the name: for example, Nba.iso -> vNba.iso. or tNba, etc I know, it sounds weird, but if the file starts with one letter from r to z, it has more chances to work, and it's confirmed by me and other people. Now, open the usbhostfs_pc.exe and if the firewall asks you to give it permission, do it (it's only local connections).

Information So what is this about? Well, it basically gives you an additional monitor with a 960x544 resolution (four times the area of the PSP display). There are four components working together, on Windows a display driver, an usb driver and the interface application which captures the screen, compresses it and error loading usbhostfs.prx sends it over USB to the PSP. On the PSP side there is an application that decompresses the frames and displays them. All settings are adjustable from the Windows side, the PSP really only acts as a passive display. Requirements PSP: Either slim or phat model running a custom firmware (reported working on 3.40-OEA, M33 version 3.52, 3.71, 3.90, 4.01, 5.00). PC: Reasonably modern PC (Pentium 4 / Athlon64 or above, multi-core processor recommended) running Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista, Server 2008 in either 32 bit or 64 bit version. Note that there is no PSPdisp display driver available for Vista, but existing displays can be mirrored. Installation Download the installer package below and execute it. The installer works for all supported platforms and will install the correct 32 bit or 64 bit drivers. If you want to manually install the drivers, you can extract the setup files with an unzip tool (like 7zip). Important! If you uninstall a previous version you have to restart the computer before starting the new setup. Otherwise the new display driver will be uninstalled on the next restart and you have to install it again! Note that the usb and the display driver are not WHQL certified. Windows will present you with a security warning because of that. There are two videos showing the installation proces
