I click on ALLOW and then get an ADOBE reader error: "Error opening URL to submit this form" Make sure the machine I am filling the forms in has the same version of READER (9.5.2) and all updates have been applied. That's a strange URL, I would say something is wrong with the URL path, because its trying to open something like file://localhost/PDF_Submit.apsx and I'm guess that it doesn't exist.

After getting the form error opening filled in and going to submit it, I first get a security warning saying "document is trying to connect to file:///ect...." and then asks if you trust the site press allow, if not, press block. Scott Deal 1 Answer Edit Answer (for another -27 minute) It is on the other end or specifically the form itself as it would seem that the form was ment to be filled online and not off. Person should have replaced the url button with a email button instead. Now, I cannot. The form comes up but I cannot enter any text into the text fields. About a month ago I went through this and had to revert back from a time machine back up because the ability to fill out forms in browser is an everyday necessity for me.
