To correct the error, check the following items: Make sure that the agent signer (agent owner) is listed in the "Run restricted LotusScript/Java agents" field on the Security tab of the Server document. Make sure the agent signer is not listed in the "Not access server" field, which denies access to the server. This field is also on the Security tab of the Server document. You can use the Domino Designer or Domino Administrator client to sign the database design elements, including agents, with a name that has proper access. In the Domino Designer, you select the agent and click Sign. For specific steps with the Domino Administrator client, refer to the topic "Signing a database or template" in the Domino Administrator Help. To determine who owns or last signed the agent, follow these steps: 1. In Domino Designer, open the agent. 2. Select the Key tab, and check to see if the "Run on behalf of" property is populated If the property is populated, then the agent runs on this entry's authority. If the property is not populated, then the agent runs on the authority of the signer of the agent. 3. Close the agent, and highlight it in the Agent view. 4. Select Agent > Design Properties. 5. The name specified after "Modified by" is the signer of the agent. Note: The "Run on behalf of" property was introduced in Notes/Domino 6.0. For prior releases, rely on the "Modified by" entry. If these steps do not resolve the problem, y
