The error occurs when the account which the agent has been signed with does not have adequate access to run agents on the Domino server. To troubleshoot this issue you must ensure that the agents in these databases (stconf.nsf, stconfig.nsf and stcenter.nsf) are correctly signed with the Sametime Development/Lotus Notes Companion Products account. Next, you must check this account's access on the Domino server. This setting is located in the Server document under the Security tab. The field "Run unrestricted methods and operations" must contain the Sametime Development/Lotus Notes Companion Products account. To check the agent server access in Domino: Open the Server document. In some cases, when users attempt to schedule a meeting using stconf.nsf, http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21144847 the user is presented with a web page that reads: Form processed. Answer To resolve this issue: 1. Verify that the entry in the Server document field "Run unrestricted methods and operations" is correct and contains the name Sametime Development/Lotus Notes Companion Products. 2. Verify that http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21173850 the STConf.nsf database is signed with the server id. This is done by performing the following steps: Using the Domino Administration client, access the Sametime server. Verify that it is the Sametime server, because the server.id will be used. Go to the Files tab. Right-click on the STConf.nsf and choose "Sign" from the popup menu. Choose Active Server's ID, and leave the remaining options set to the their default settings. Click OK. Attempt to schedule a meeting again.
