Manually emailing a bug works, which by my understanding means that the web.config settings are correct. Looking at the BTNet log, I don't see anything that leads to a clue. I've found the events (listed below) in the system event viewer. I've googled the error and the recommendation is to restart the application pool. I did that with no fix. I further rebooted the server and no fix. The interesting thing is that the messages in the queue do not get updated.
