Errors are: 1. 1159, MSExchangIS Database error Disk IO error occurred in function JTAB_BASE::EcUpdate while accessing the database "john" 2. Event 1242, MSExchangIS Mailbox Store An error occurred while attempting to bring a view up to date. Database: John Folder: [MBX:John King][BlackBerryRefIDSearchFolder1_7] MsgHeader ID: 1-2E0CD9 Folder ID: 4-26C2602 View ID: 2-2AEB8 View Name: 4-26C2602 -A-D+L808f Document ID: 347800 Deferred View Update Watermark: 1923903 Error Code: Disk IO error 3. Event 233, ExchangeStore DB database copy 'John' on this server encountered an error. For more information, consult the Event log for "ExchangeStoreDb" or "MSExchangeRepl" events. Theses error start happening 2 days ago when the backup was running. Now i can't even backup the database because it's keep failing on that database. The first time it took a fail-over in our exchange cluster to resolve this issue. This time it took our First Storage Group offline. This Storage Group hosts Fax Folders, 3 Mailbox Stores and the Public Folder Store. I mounted the stores again so the user community only experienced a brief outage but I would really like to eliminate this from happening again. I ran the EPBA Tool and have provided you with the htm file to you to view. Please feel free to contact me with suggestions on how to resolve this issue.
