It contains Access Control Entries with permissions that are invalid. The requested action was therefore not performed. This security permission can be corrected using the Component Services administrative tool. After following: KB323076 to use the Local Security Policy to apply event log permissions. I have compared the ACL entries (found viadcomcnfg.msc) with a member server in a similar config where the error isn't being logged, and I see no difference. I can correlate the first error to the exact time where I implemented the security policy change; but can not determine how they are related. Any assistance is appreciated.
