for Microsoft Office This document has been archived and is no longer updated by National Instruments Primary Software: LabVIEW Toolkits>>Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office Primary Software Version: 1.0.1 Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software: Problem: I get the message "Error 3005 occurred at Object specified is not creatable in Font Style VI->Set Report Font VI" when I try to run a VI that contains the Set Report Font VI. This happens after I upgrade to the LabVIEW Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office 1.0.1 and use a Standard Report. Solution: There is an Automation Open where an Automation Close (LabVIEW 6.1 and earlier) or Close Reference (LabVIEW 7.0 and later) should be. To correct this, please follow these steps: Go to the block diagram of Set Report Font VI. Double-click on Font Style VI. Switch to the block diagram of Font Style VI. Right-click on the Automation Open VI. Select "Replace" and choose Communication » ActiveX » Automation Close (LabVIEW 6.1 and earlier) or Communication » ActiveX » Close Reference (LabVIEW 7.0 and later). Save Font Style VI by choosing File » Save. Related Links: Attachments: Report Date: 02/14/2002 Last Updated: 02/26/2004 Document ID: 2IDB7OLD Your Feedback! Poor|Excellent Yes No Document Quality?
