Our only option to recover is to hard restart the server.I have read LOTS of articles on Citrix, BryanMadden and elsewhere dating back to XenApp 5.0 and 32 bit OS that had this problem, and lots of people up XenApp 6.5, yet there does not seem to be a common fix. You could open the console and hit CTRL + ALT + DELETE and it would just not show the username/password box. Also you couldn't stop any services, remote into it, or do much of anything.
