We have 11 Printers on the nlasvc service 7011 network (various brands and models) each has its own static IP. We also use a kb972596 program called PaperCut Provider to track the printing and charge the appropriate client. Most recently, our staff members are having trouble a timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the service to connect. printing (just sits in the queue or freezes) and they notify me. All I do is to restart the Print Spooler Service in the Small Business Server (Exchange 2003) and also the PaperCut Provider Services which https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/1468fee6-fc04-4bd2-95c4-b03b4d72d0d9/event-id-7011-then-6161-printers-gone?forum=winserverTS is attached to the Print Spooler Services. Once done, it'll be back normal and no trouble for a month or so. Until now, this is happening almost everyday. P.S - While restarting the service, sometimes the PaperCut Provider Service wouldn't start (it'll say "Starting...") and I might have to reboot the server :( Any suggestions, recommendations is highly appretiated. Thanks. Is this sufficient? I guess somewhere around 15% free space is always recommended. 0 Anaheim OP NWBS HelpDesk Nov 14

Solved Event ID 7011 Windows Server 2008 Standard Terminal Server Posted on 2010-12-15 MS Legacy OS MS Server Apps MS Applications 2 Verified Solutions 6 Comments 2,046 Views Last Modified: 2012-05-10 Just about everyday the server has application hangs in Microsoft Office 2003 Professional and the only way to temporarily fix the issue is to Stop and restart the Print Spooler (have to restart ther spooler twice to get it to come back up). I saw on a previous thread that this issue was caused by a combination of a bug in the Session Broker (We aren't session brokering) and third party print drivers). The actual solution despite stating it was resolved was not actually mentioned. I had previously removed several SAVIN drivers from the server that were set to use a user code in order to print and the problem seemed to have gone away (at least for a few days). It is now back and happening everyday. We have 2 identical terminal servers being used with network load balancing and it has happened to both servers. Today it only happened to the one, which after restarting the spooler is back up and working as expected. Any assistance with getting this resolved is greatly appreciated. 0 Question by:ComputerChipK Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Google LVL 2 Best Solution bydm7941 Have you tried clearing out any un-used printer drivers?
