And the printer we add from network will dissapear, and when we try to add it will say that the printer spooler service is down, you can add it when you manually start the service, but after you print to the network service the printer spooler service will stop unexpectedly, just like stated in event viewer. And this things happened to the computer in my office when the computer once was installed an all-in-one hp deskjet. So I just uninstall the hp software and driver, all of it there are several hp application installed usually. After uninstallation, I run cleanspl.exe from windows resource kit tools for windows 2k3 I downloaded from microsoft site. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9D467A69-57FF-4AE7-96EE-B18C4790CFFD&displaylang=en you just enter the computer name and click “clean spooler” button, just click yes to clean all available printer just to make sure.
