Jun 5, 2007 #1 hAppy Gawd Messages: 624 Joined: Jun 29, 2005 Recently my computer event id has been restarting itself completely random. I do not know how to predict it, sometimes it would reset itself when it's somewhat busy and other times when it's not doing anything. I would see a blue screen and it would say somewhere near the bottom "beginning dumping" something like that... The only thing I tried that I could think event id 1003 of was to reapply thermal grease to my CPU and fan. What could it be?!?!? I have gotten 0Xd1 at least twice and 0X8e at least once, I stopped keeping track. I wrote down the STOP error message's but have temporarily misplaced the sheet on which I wrote them. Hoping someone can point in the right direction. No errors. That was my first idea too. I lowered my DRAM to 2.1 and ran orthos for a long time to test system stability. My computer presently seems to run fairly well
