Event 100 is associated with Boot Performance Monitoring;among the parameters it records are Boot Duration and whether Boot Duration represents degradation. I have seenCritical, Error, and Warning instances of Event 100, and I have noticed that is not recorded at all on some boots, but I

have not seen any Information instances. Additionally, I haven't detected any correlation between the level of the event and whether IsDegradation is true or false. It would be helpful to understand more about the logic of this event.
