It event code 4011 an unhandled access exception appears. Upon checking the event log, I notice numerous 4011 entries like the on below in where it will not add the PC name: Event Type: Error

Check that the Active Directory is functioning properly and add or update the dns server has encountered a critical error from the active directory this domain name using the DNS console. The extended error debug information (which may be empty) is "0000208D: NameErr: DSID-031001CD, problem 2001 (NO_OBJECT), data 0, best match of: 'DC=ost-ny,DC=opensystemstech,DC=com'". All my DNS serves are Domain Controllers in a 2003 AD environment. As far as I can tell no immediate problems are occurring, but the error is troubling. Replication is still happening and we can add items (users/computers) to the domain without a hitch. Here is the error. The DNS server was unable to add or write an update of domain name
