Exchange Server and Active Directory are both resource-intensive applications. There are performance implications to be considered when both are running on the same computer. As a result, you may consider installing Exchange Server on a different computer. For more information: This Exchange server is also a domain controller, which is not a recommended configuration http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997407.aspx Marked as answer by Joson ZhouModerator Wednesday, June 03, 2009 9:45 AM Monday, May 25, 2009 3:32 AM Reply | Quote Moderator All replies 0 Sign in to vote Hopefully this helps: Event ID 2020 Source Srv Certifications: MCSA 2003 Studying for MCS
