Windows Cannot Load The Extensible Counter Dll Interceptcountersmanager
cannot load extensible counter DLL Tcpip, the first DWORD in data section is the Windows error code." windows cannot load the extensible counter dll msexchange store interface and it repeats so many times that i must restart server in order to make it again works.
