So I recommend you try the solution below. 1. Make sure your Outlook is closed. 2. In regedit, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\ Outlook 3. Deleted the Data key (after exporting a backup copy) 4. Launched Outlook. His Outlook 2010 is crashing on him fairly regularly. There is no one action that triggers the crash. We are running Exchange 2007 (up to date) and Office Communicator 2007 on the back end. His computer has the OCS 2007 R2 client (we only use the IM functionality) installed on it, but so does everyone else who is trialing Office 2010. I should also mention that his computer is an HP Elitebook 2730P and we are using an 802.11n network connection. Giving him a freshly imaged tablet has not helped. Performing a repair install of Office 2010 has not helped. There is nothing he has installed that isn't on other trial users' computers, yet he is the only person experiencing these issues.I am progressing through the painful activation/deactivation of plug-ins (which are nothing fancy) to see if the culprit lies there. Activity to date:11/10/10: Disabled Microsoft Outlook Social Connector Add-in11/12/10: Freeze occured when he pressed the button to open his calendar. I re-enabled the Social Connector Add-in, and installed Office Communicator 2007 R2, to replace the OCS 2007 R1 client11/15/10: Freezes still occured. Turned o
