I can see the sessions in the Local and Remote APPPC LUs. I am also running HIS 2004 client on another Windows 2003 server. There is no domain involved, just a workgroup. Our application on the client is using CPIC.This applicationhas been in operation for many years using an HIS 2000 SDLC type connection. My problem is that I cannot get the client to connect to the server. The CLIAPI1.atf trace file shows that all seems to be prgressing OK until the APPC MC_ALLOCATE request which fails with COMMS_SUBSYSTEM_NOT_LOADED and a CPIC CMALLC response of CM_PRODUCT_SPECIFIC_ERROR Wednesday, September 15, 2010 12:44 PM Reply | Quote Answers 0 Sign in to vote Peter, Since I would need to do more in depth troubnleshooting (even though I'm probably missing something obviuos), I would recommend that you open a support case so that we can do some dedicated troubleshooting. (Logging on as alocal account is no good). That's assuming the client snabase is running as an EXE. If SNABase is runningon the client machine as a service, then the above question applies to theSNABase service account.Neil Pike.
