Event Id 1008 Perflib Bits Server 2012
0 Sign in to vote I am using Server 2008 SP1. The perflib 1008 wmiaprpl serversuddenlyhangs frequently. I got the following error after rebooting the server:The Open Procedure for service "BITS" in DLL "C:\Windows\system32\bitsperf.dll"

failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the error code.I have tried the lodctr /R command,disable all unnecessary service event id 1008 perflib windows 10 in msconfig anddisable theperformance counter of theBITSbut the problem still occur.The version of the bitsperf.dll is 7.0.6000.16386. Any other version the the dll? How to fix the problem? Thanks!
