The following is from the application logs of Event Viewer: Event ID: 1000 Faulting application spoolsv.exe, event id 1000 version 6.0.6002.18294, time stamp 0x4c6a9898, faulting module ssh1mdu.dll, version 0.3.0.0, time stamp 0x49d2ba72, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0000d3b4, process id 0x14a0, application start time 0x01cd18e3146c2ad7. On the system logs, there's a 7034 event ID stating the print spooler service terminated unexpectedly.
