The Symantec program got deleted last week because it did not run well with other programs. Now I need to put the application back to the computer. And I have hard time to do that. Then I went to Sysmantec support web site today, and follow the instructions on how to do a good uninstalltion (documentID: 2002080812501648). After that done, I rebooted computer, and tried to re-install the application, I got the error message saying "error 25002. There was an error loading the NavInst Extension Dll".
