You probably need to talk to a local dealer. Outside of USA/Canada a hardware lock (dongle) used to be required for acad but I don't remember when the dongle was dropped in favour of software locking. I think the international version of A2000 used software locking but, again, there have been two, possibly three, different software locks. It's also possible that you have a network version which requires AutoDesk License Manager software to be installed either on the same pc as the client or on another pc on the network).
