I did use the search function and could not find anything on this error and would like to see if I could find some help. We have a CAD user here on a Lenovo Thinkcentre with Windows 7 32 bit OS, running AutoCAD 2008 http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-2007-2008-2009/fatal-error-unhandled-e06d7363h-exception-at-75e09617h/td-p/2959376 and he is getting this error randomly though the day. Fatal Error: Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at 75d59617h Then AutoCAD closes and he gets " Runtime Error! R6025 -pure virtual function call" after he gets that first error. OK. Can we assume that any service packs/updates for AC 2008 were installed? I tried searching the error via Google. No hits. I tried searching the error at the AutoDesk website. No luck. You could trying disabling the Communications Center (WSCommCntr1) and see if that solves the problem. Last edited by Kyle Reese; 04-03-2011 at 09:18 PM. I am able to click the "open" icon on the toolbar over and over without triggering the error. If I switch back to Aero themes, the first click on the "open" icon triggers the error. Hope this helps.* This error: FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at fcdba49dh had been occuring every once and awhile the past couple months, but in the last week it has started to happen all the time. Messages: 11 Location: New Zealand I've been running AutoCad LT 2000 on Vista Ultimate ~ Compatability WinXPSP2 for some time now but very recently I would get this upon AutoCad loading : FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at 77a642ebh I'm not sure what caused aclt to stop but it was running after SP1 upgraded my system via Windows Update. I re-installed aclt and assigned it to run compatible as WinMe. Now I don't see this error code, just Vista's " Program stopped working ~ will close etc." But the symptoms remain the same, aclt fires up right through to loading a template ~ freezes and closes when Vista acts to close it. Any suggestions anyone ? Uninstall aclt. Then reinstall aclt, setting the installer to run in winxp sp2 compatability mode, and right clicking run as administrator for good measure. Once installed, set the exe for win xp sp2 compatability mode, and right click 'run as admin'. That should get it to work. kingofnexus, May 31, 2008 #2 Advertisements Snapafun Joined: Feb 23, 2007 Messages: 11 Location: New Zealand Thanks for the attempt but no go I'm afraid ~ strange really 'cause this method works for many other troublesome programs ~ guess I'll have to look at using Bricsys from now on at home. And of course, there's always SketchUp for family friendly viewing. Snapafun, Jun 4, 2008 #3 Advertisements Show Ignored Content Want to reply to this thread or ask your own question?
