I've never seen an error hold on like this. We had installed ACAD-Arch 2014 on this workstation. It is a Pentium 4 2.53GHz machine with 4GB RAM running Win7Pro 32-bit. The video card is an ATI Radeon 9700 with updated drivers. It hasn't previously had any issues with running AcadArch 2014. However a couple of weeks ago the user had two drawings open. Nothing special about the drawings. User had copied items from drawing one to drawing two. She was working in Drawing two and placing lines when AutoCAD froze and then the computer crashed and restarted. Upon trying to restart AutoCAD it now aborts the application with "FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at 7582812fh" and then aborts back to the desktop. I have tried a "repair" from the Windows Add/Remove Programs app. Still no joy. I ran Malwarebytes and the machine came up clean. So I contacted Autodesk for technical support as we're on subscription for the software. First, they suggested a fix that applied to machines with a blank BIOS number. No joy. This machine has a BIOS number. Then they sent a link to a piece of software to scan for problems with the machine. However, you had to pay to register the software for it to implement any fixes. No dice. I tried resetting the software to the default settings as described here: http://upandready.typepad.com/up_and...t-autocad.html They suggested turning off hardware acceleration.
