In the php settings part of your settings.php, add: ini_set('memory_limit', '128M'); Or read more about increasing PHP memory limit. P.S. in general, it's useful to include information on what exactly you have already tried, in this case in your .htaccess. I originally went to sites/default/default.settings.php and couldn't find where the memory section was. I added and it worked. Your best bet is probably to work with your hosting provider on this. There are several methods to increase the PHP memory limit, but some hosts sometimes disable some of the methods.
