I have a serious issue that needs to be resolved. I have a presentation on Wednesday and I searched the forum and did not find this error. When I start my Dell Latitude E4300 (Windows XP), I receive an Endpoint Encryption Error. It states: Error: 0xe002001b No boot disk was found I cannot start in safe mode. The fatal error only function key that works is F2 and F12. F12 did not show any errors. I have valuable work files and need to recover them. Can you please help? Thank you. timkay2, May 28, 2012 #1 Sponsor Armiris Joined: Sep 6, 2007 Messages: 572 When you press F2, can you get into the BIOS? Does it recognize your hard drive?
