It was working fine and then it started to give me a fatal eyebeam 1.5 fatal error error. This generated dump file which I have ent to Counterpath. I am attaching one of them. I tried uninstalling and restalling unsuccessfully. I also deleted the config folder in users/appdata/local/counterpath to reenable the sip account information, but now it is not even allowing me to save the sip account, it just gives me the error and kicks me out, then the app is closed. 1 The same problem Follow This Topic Oldest Newest Popular Comments (5) 1 Larry ● 1 year ago Hi Estefania, What version and build of eyeBeam do you have? This info is under About, and in the name of the file used to install eyeBeam. What version of Windows OS do you have? Try re-installing eyeBeam. You can get the latest eyeBeam 1.5.20.2 version from the downloads section of your online store account. Try creating a new local Windows user account, then login as that new user and run eyeBeam. It will be like a new install. You will need to re-enter all settings. That will confirm if there is somehting wrong with your existing Windows user account. Best Regards. Thanks for your response. I have tried uninstalling and restalling unsucessfully. I also tried creating a new Windows user and installing fresh, but I keep getting the same error and it generated the .dmp file I have attached. You will need to upgrade to Bria 4 for use on machines with these operating systems.
