The one I'm having trouble with right now is Adobe Flash. I have created the package and the program, I've tested the command line on one of my test computers. It worked perfectly. I set up a test group of 2 laptops to advertise the program to. They both receive the program, but then it says that they failed, and the program never starts. How can I figure out what is wrong. I tried checking where the source file is coming from making sure that I put that in correctly, but I can't find anything out of place. UAC is off on both computers. And i don't see anything in the execmgr.log file either. Any ideas?Mike in IT Thursday, July 26, 2012 8:39 PM Reply | Quote Answers 0 Sign in to vote @Gold - I have first refreshed the DP then tried removing the program and re-adding it. Neither option worked. The advertisement still goes from received to failures. Mike in IT Sorry, I meant todeleteall theDPs from the package then re-add the DPs back after it's been deleted. Removing the program wouldn't do anything. Worst comes to worst, try creating the package again.Do you enable binary replication? When I test packages, normally I select Run from DP just to make sure hte command lines work. Then for pilots I may use that option depending on the package size. I have it enabled and have only encountered packages that didn't have it that had what you're describing, though rare too. On the DP that the clients are downloading from, can check to see if there's any discrepancies between package folder on the DPvs the source files? Are there the same# offiles and are they same exact size? Marked as answer by Mike i

Does the advertisement not start the program? or does the program start and fails to install? Is there an error in the Event Viewer of the client machine? Check the Status reports for the advertisement to see if the advertisement gets started.. 0 LVL 22 Overall: Level 22 MS Server OS 9 Message Active 1 day ago Expert Comment by:Adam Leinss2010-01-04 If you look at execmgr.log in C:\windows\system32\ccm\logs on the PCs that it fails on, what does it show? 0 Message Author Comment by:stebennettsjb2010-01-05 Hi think this has the right bit in it but i cant see what it means. sorry if ive copied to much..
