(Note, this is not much different than the instructions Wlad posted here). But, things are not always so smooth, and of course I ran into a couple small issues, so I wanted to share my outputs plus those issues and their solutions (once again many thanks go to Wlad!) for those out there who might encounter the same. I believe the orginal code pass WinXP with VisualStudio 2005. I am using Win7 and Visual Studio Express 2008, is the Win7 causing problem? or Express version doesn't have the 'afxwin.h'? And how to fix this problem? As I recall, the Express editions of Visual Studio don't come with MFC. The code project article should help you get unstuck.
