I have seen some cases where having the multiple versions of Java cause a conflict. If that doesn't work try deleting the cache in both IE and in Java. To clear the IE7 cache: Tools --> Internet Options Under the General Tab click on the "Delete" button Delete the "Temporary Internet Files" To clear the cache in Java (assuming you have the most current version): Click on the Java icon in the Control Panel Under the General Tab click on "Settings" Click on the "Delete Files" button Leave all the checkboxes in their default settings and the OK Hope this helps Source(s): fratts · 9 years ago 0 Thumbs up 0 Thumbs down Comment Add a comment Submit · just now Asker's rating Report Abuse Personally I would re-install Java, or try and see if there is a newer version of it out on the market.
