The text is "Java Plug-in 1.3.1_01 cannot be located because values in the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Javasoft\Java Plug-in\1.3.1_01 is not found or is not longer valid." Pop up blocking is turned off; Internet option is checked for 1.3.1_17, which is the version installed (and also referenced in the Java control panel instead of "Default".
