Usually it means that an extension on this page tries to use TCEmain functions to clear cache. I was also unable to find anyone else that could confirm the problem at that time. I figured it was an isolated incident and didn't bother to look further. Was also only on 4.5, so perhaps some changes need to be made to T3BLOG to make it compatible with 4.5 or perhaps something is even wrong in the core.
