I've had my 2005 320Cd SE since Jan '16 and it's my first diesel so learning all over again (previous were a '97 318iS and an '87 320i). 143K miles. I've recently had a full inspection II done at my friendly local BMW expert who I've been going to for 11 years, plus I've had glow plugs, glow plug module and vacuum pipes done under warranty. The car seems to be at about 95% now, according to my tech (it was probably 75% before) - but I really want that last 5%! Still got the following codes on my tech's Autoboss V30: 4191 Charge-air pressure actuator, activation 4530 Charge-air pressure control, control deviation Any advice appreciated...cheers! Basically what happened there last October the car lost all power and when i brought it to the mechanic we discovered that all 4 injectors had to be reconditioned and also the more worring part was one of the baffels on the inlet manifold had broken off and went in on the piston. This ended up bending 4 vales in the head Needless to say I was not impressed with this. So in the end had to get the head reconditioned to and planed. When we put the car back together we removed the remaining baffels on the manifold to stop this happing again. Problem is now the turbo is not kicking in when the engine is cold or at the normal 2000 rev as it normally did. Now it varies anything between 2-3k rev line. Also the car is hard of starting in the morning and if the car was stitched off it will not start for at least 8 seconds after being swithed off. When i get the mechanics computer plugged into it its coming up with two codes: 1: 4191 turbine control flap activation (not too worried about this one as I have baffels removed from manifold) 2: 4530 charge air pressure control small turbo control deviation ??? Any ideas? I read on some forum before that i should clean the "fuel injection system-ressure sensor. When i done this it made no difference. Then I thought that it could of been the ai
