later. Published on Apr 11, 2012This boiler was not working properly. It was indicating F28 Fault. THis vailant boiler can be reset by pressing the Flame button with a cross on it. Just press it and you will see the screen goes blank.. okey resetting is done. If the fault is not serious , the boiler will work. But if there is a major vaillant boiler red light f28 fault.. the boiler would go back to the Fault code and you will have to call a Vailant accredited Service engineer.. like us :0 )... 02082008580.. got it..Okey good looking. F28 Error Code Glow Worm

There should be a little tap under the boiler which lets water into the boiler, this is where you put the water in until it reaches the green zone. Various Vaillant boiler forums can offer some good suggestions that may be worth trying, sometimes the fix can be easier than you think. For example using the boiler tap to add more water into the boiler may very well do the trick. In reality though, boiler error codes normally call for boiler professionals.
