Veröffentlicht am 29.05.2012Hey guys...1st time on Youtube, i wasted over 7 DL discs until i managed to figure this out!Should be a 100% fix for you....please like/rate or comment! Many Thanks Allalso...i did this fix below...it makes no difference to the i/o error but it helps with the burns as no programme can slow imgburn down and it's always clean!2. Restart your computer.3. Once booted open up task manager or activity monitor on mac.4. Close all other unnecessary programs, I.E. Itunes, limewire, etc.5. Close all unnecessary processes. Such as itunes helper, and all other non - system processes.6. Open ImgBurn and Insert your DVD-Rdl. (Keep task manager or activity monitor open)7. Find ImgBurn in processes and right click. Then go to Set Priority High.8. After doing that you should be all set to burn your iso or whatever.CAN I ALSO ADD! IF IT FAILS ON THE 1ST DISC YOU DO! IT WILL DO IT THE 2ND TIME!

Its the latest version of imgburn, so i don't think i need to upgrade the firmware. And i think my media is fine, because many of my friends burn games on the same kind of disk i am using (moserbaer). Anyway, If i have to update my firmware of my burner, how do i do it? I have a sony optiarc dvd rw ad-7700h. Last edited: Mar 27, 2011 allstar990, Mar 27, 2011 #5 infam0us Regular member Joined: Oct 23, 2005 Messages: 1,538 Likes Received: 0 Trophy Points: 46 d

But during the verification, however, I get the following message: I/O error! Device:[0:1:0] TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-L633C TF20 (D (ATAPI) ScsiStatus:0x02 Interpretation: Check condition CDB: 28 00 00 05 6A B6 00 00 01 00 Interpretation: Read(10) - Sector: 354998 Sense Area : 70 00 03 00 00 00 00 0A 00 00 00 11 05 00 00 00 00 Interpretation : L-EC Uncorrectable error this problem happens at 17% through the verification, the iso has 4 games in it, and its size is 4.2 Gb while my DVD-R has 4.8Gb, so enough space. The same problem happened when I tried burning a single game. I did a little research and some threads said that it could be the disc's quality, but its a brand new one and I've tried on not only one of them, the brand is memorex. I also tried verifying with all applications closed, but nothing changed :S Here is my log from imgburn: I 12:01:09 Link Size: Auto I 12:01:09 Lock Volume: Yes I 12:01:09 Test Mode: No I 12:01:09 OPC: No I 12:01:09 BURN-Proof: Disabled I 12:01:11 Write Speed Successfully Set! - Effective: 4 155 KB/s (3x) I 12:01:12 Filling Buffer...
