I am getting the above error only when the database tries to initiate sending email. I've seen in numerous threads that Fixup -f and the compact command will usually fix this error. This error occurs on the production copy of the database which is on a server that I do not have access to, although I have administrative rights. I also get errors on my local copy of the database that I use for testing purposes. Do I run the fixup command in the directory that my .nsf is in on my local computer and how would I initiate this command on the production copy that is located on a server I don't have access to?
