Have tried to delete catche.ndk, reinstall Notes, nothining helps until the computer gets reinstalled. Does anyone know how to solve the problem? It show up randomly and shuts Notes down and in some cases won't allow you to even open LN. Work around: Disable auto spell checker. Fix: Upgrade client to v6.5.2 upgrading the client has seemed to fix my issues as well as all of my customers issues. Hope this helps. In Windows Vista you could get Notes 6.5 to work if you installed it in C:\Notes and gave the user full permissions to the folder.. Everything would work, except for Instant Messaging. This technique no longer works in Windows 7. The first supported client for Windows 7 is Lotus Notes 8.5.1 Fixpack 1, which is due out in Jan 2010. To do this, please right click the notes icon and click Properties==>click Compatibility==>check Run this program in compatibility mode for==>select Windows XP==>click OK.
