See also http://www.experts-exchange.com/Applications/Email/Lotus_Notes/Q_20569451.html Sometimes, the Rules are not visible under Tools at the lefthand side of your View, then you need to remove the Rules-folder from the design of you mails database, followed by a Refresh Design. The Domino mail blacklist is in the configuration document of your server in the server's addressbook. Put the address or entire domain in the "Deny messages from the following internet addresses/domains:" field on the SMTP Inbound controls subtab of the Router/SMTP tab. These restrictions are for the entire server!!!! (There are lots more restrictions you can set there but be carefull!) 0 LVL 1 Overall: Level 1 Message Author Comment by:IainInLondon2004-01-22 Hello Sjef. I tried this and it does not seem to work. I got a colleague to send me some test mails, and they all came into my inbox as normal. Do you know of a reason why the rules are not
