General Steps for both solutions 1. Determine where the archive file is expected to be by looking up the archiving properties File -> Database -> Properties -> Archive Settings-"Where do you want these documents archived to?" 2. Verify http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21102884 that the file is missing or has been renamed by using Windows Explorer. 3. Locate the named file in a different folder or directory. 4. Follow one of the options below based on whether the file was deleted, moved or renamed: Option number 1 Rename, move, or create the correct NSF file in the correct location. Option number 2 If the named file is found in a different folder or directory, change the location path under "Where do you want these documents archived to?" to the location where the NSF file exists.
