Error 550 is "relaying denied". Are you trying to relay the message through a mail server run by someone other than Southwest Bell and/or trying to send from a computer not on their network? Either of these might cause it. If none of lotus notes the above applies, then there is probably a misconfiguration with the mail server. Operators of mail servers have basically been forced to turn off so-called "third party mail relay" due to abuse by spammers.
