"An error has occurred in a Lotus Notes application. Data about this error is being collected for your company's help desk for use in error analysis. The Lotus Notes application will close when data collection is complet. Please wait." ended all notes processes, then tried reopening Notes, samething happens. This error is up for only few second, then Notes shuts down. I trid rebooted PC, rename bookmark, desktop6, delete cache

During step 5 of the sync, Awesync presents an error: "The Index is locked. This can be caused by synchronization running on another computer or unexpected termination of previous synchronization. Do you want to unlock the index and continue with synchronization?" (Yes/No) Choose Yes and receive a Lotus Notes 8.5 error: "An error has occurred in a Lotus Domino application. Data about this error is being collected for your company's help desk for use in error analysis. The Lotus Domino application will close when data collection is complete. Please wait." Both applications close abruptly. Other Details: - I was running Awesync 4.3.0 and Lotus Notes 6.5 successfully. - Lotus Notes 8.5.1 is set to "Log in to Notes using your operating system login" I have tried turning this feature off and have Lotus Notes prompt for a password but the effect is the same. - In Awesync's general settings I tried combinations of "Use Current ID File" and "Use Specified ID File", and password provided or not provided. - In Awesync's Calendar settings I tried both Server and Local Workstation - I've performed system restarts and upon restart the error returns when trying to sync - I've attached copies of the .log and .dmp files from the ..\Application Data\Lotus\Notes\Data and a copy of Awesync's log.txt file Any help is appreciated.
