Resolving the problem This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering under Software Problem Report (SPR) PBIT7GFKSG. After further investigation by IBM Development, they have reported that this issue is no longer reproducible at 9x codestream, client and server and mail template. To workaround this issue: Re-open the mail database, restart Lotus Notes or work on follow-ups from the mail file view-level instead of an opened memo. I use the bogus Search method (Form = http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21515973 "XXX") to instaniate an "empty" NotesDocCollection. I loop through the docs in the view and if they are older than 180 days, I add them to the collection. PROBLEM: I'm getting the "Document is from a different database" error.
