Join Now Today, when I launched the Lotus Notes application, the following error message prompted on the screen: "File already exists”. I restarted the system and the error was gone. But now every time I try to launch the application, it fails to open with the above error: "File already exists”. Can anyone let me know, which file is troubling or there is something wrong with the Notes installation? Start the client and see if the issue has resolved. If it is an older Notes client then you may need to create a new bookmark.nsf on another client and then copy it into the Data folde
