Delete the Type 2 document in the ($vwStatus) view within ddm.nsf: a) On the collecting server, stop the event process with the "tell event quit" command at the Domino Server console. b) Open ddm.nsf and use CTRL_SHIFT to get to the hidden views. First"Locations" in the File->Moblie->Location. Fill up server name mail account name for the user, second "Connection" which is in the same place(Address book) make a new connection fill up the sever name and IP address. It will work.
