I need install package in two steps ( software distriubutor says that this the only way): 1) install package with some options ( from now called core application ) 2) install language package with language pack ( using the same msi package ) ( called msi error language patch ) Between 1 and 2 step restart isn't required. I create bat file with msi options and it works well. When I try to do this with Software distribution and 2 mst file I got error. I create mst file with ORCA. ( below my tries ). I can't add secound mst. I got error: Event id 110: Software Installation was unable to generate msi error 1619 the script for \\dc\a.msi. The following error was encountered: Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid. Event id 101: Software Installation encountered the following error: Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid. When I add this mst separately I doesn't get error. How to add this two mst at the same time ? or How to control order of msi installation ? ( I think about create two package each for step. I try this but package runs in wrong order :( ) best regards, Xentri Monday, June 28, 2010 2:41 PM Reply | Quote Answers 0 Sign in to vote Hi, Thank you for answer.
