posts jbonatelli Junior Member Join Date: Jan 2015 Posts: 3 #1 Network Error (tcp_error) 01-30-2015, 05:24 PM Hi Guys, I have a BlueCoat SGOS 6.2.12.3 Proxy Edition, and i have some problem. when i type in bluecoat proxysg network error (tcp_error) my browser http://home.sii.cl i get this message below Network Error (tcp_error) A communication error occurred: "Connection refused" The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time. For assistance, contact your network support team. Your request was categorized by Blue Coat Web Filter as 'Government/Legal'. If you wish to question or dispute this result, please what is network error tcp_error click here. But, when i try to access this website in my house, i can see the site normally. It rarely is the webserver itself that has the problem. In most cases it is your own upstream firewall that blocks the request from the proxy or the response from the server. So start looking at the next upstream device for errorneous or blocked connections - a firewall, another proxy or something similar. In seldom cases it could also be a routing issue (asymmetric routing) or a problem with NAT. But such things usually affect all connections and not just a single server. Also check the Statistics - active sessions - errored sessions on your ProxySG. In the "Detail" column you might find a hint regarding what is wrong. I can only print out one submission at a time I have to exit out of Jot form then pull it back up to print the next submisson. So this happens all the time.
