Attempt http://productforums.google.com/d/topic/chrome/7XBU6g6_Ktc to download very large file (my example is 34 GB) 2. Once the download is almost complete, it will fail with "Failed - Network Error" message What is the expected behavior? File should successfully download. What went wrong? An extremely large (34 GB) CSV file fails to download in Chrome. I tried using wifi and ethernet. https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=334392 None worked. I finally tried Firefox and the download was successful. Did this work before? Thank you. Comment 6 by elliottw@google.com, Jan 21 2014 Processing I'll do my best to provide a net-internals log ASAP. The file size has grown to 42GB so I need to find enough time to allow it to download uninterrupted. I can't provide a URL as this is an internal Google resource. I'm using Chrome as https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/95502-how-to-resolve-a-network-connection-error-when-downloading-support-packages a my browser, and Avast and malwarebytes are the only antivirus/malware things that I am aware of using. I've tried disabling AdBlockPlus, but that did nothing. I tried using another computer in my house that has Norton on it, and I was able to download the same files no problem. So, I'm wondering is there something I need to change in my settings network error with Avast? Thanks for any help.
