SSL Error 4 (number changes): A network error occurred while connecting to Started by Faye Chakmakoglu , 14 October 2008 - 05:46 PM Login to Reply 8 replies to this topic Faye Chakmakoglu Members #1 Faye Chakmakoglu 1 posts Posted 14 October 2008 - 05:46 PM Hi There!I have a mac user in our company that is having issues when connecting to our Citrix Portal. He is configured with the following:Xen App v 10Macbook ProLeopard 10.5.5Safari 3.1.2He says that he is able to connect to the Citrix desktop, but after about 3-5 minutes, this error occurs and the Citrix client shuts down. I have been trying to replicate the issue, but haven't been successful. He said that he is able to connect with his PC running windows XP SP3 (Both are from his home office) Can anyone shed some light as to how to resolve this issue? Many thanks! 1310-237270-1346088 Back to top qqqq qqqq Members #2 qqqq qqqq 10 posts Posted 09 August 2010 - 01:36 PM Hi. I am having the same problem, with a mac. The session stated in my problem was not completely user related, at a certain point the traffic became as an anonymous request. This traffic was correctly blocked by the existing content rules, therefor I had to add an extra content rule which handles the anonymous traffic correctly.P.S.I am actually Dutch... this might explain the poor grammar and/or spelling. I hope you still can understand what I want(ed) to make clear.....
