I have a BlueCoat SGOS 6.2.12.3 Proxy Edition, and i have some problem. when i type in my browser http://home.sii.cl i get this message below Network Error (tcp_error) A communication error occurred: "Connection refused" The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time. For assistance, bluecoat subscription communication status update errors contact your network support team. It rarely is the webserver itself that has the problem. In most cases it is your own upstream firewall that blocks the request from the proxy or the response from the server. So start looking at the next upstream device for errorneous or blocked connections - a firewall, another proxy or something similar. In seldom cases it could also be a routing issue (asymmetric routing) or a problem with NAT. But such things usually affect all connections and not just a single server. i have been getting this error on Google Crome and IE. I cant connect to anything like online games. messengers. Firefox works fine.
